What we look for

Before adding a project to our platform, we review whether the asset can operate under professional standards: location, access, design, maintenance, rate potential, legal structure and reliable owner reporting.
Operational viability
Access, cleaning, maintenance, local team and logistics must work without daily friction.
Revenue potential
We review occupancy, ADR, distribution channels, seasonality and ability to sustain coherent pricing.
Owner reporting
The property must allow clear statements, income traceability, expense control and professional communication.
